AMWellness Online Studio save time and money, eliminate the need to travel and classes can be done either live on Zoom or at a time more convenient for your schedule. These classes require minimal space and small equipment (dumbbells and resistance bands). They are designed to be accessible to everyone (all levels), effective and surprisingly enjoyable. Classes can be modified to take into account physical limitations or injuries that need extra attention.
What is Included?

- Resistance Training Class
- Tuesdays, 8h00 - 8h30
- Live Online
This 30 minute class is designed to be a short and effective class with safe functional exercises designed to build strong joints, increase muscle mass and create a strong lean figure.
- Warm Up – 3/5 minutes
- Compound Strengthening exercises – Full body – 20 minutes
- Warm Down/Stretches – 3/5 minutes
- Relaxation and breathwork – 1 minute

- HIIT and Core
- Wednesdays, 18h00 - 18h30
- Live Online
This 30-minute class is designed to create a high calorie burn, create a stimulus for Human Growth Hormone (the repair and rejuvenation hormone), burn fat even after working out and strengthen the CORE muscles of the abdomen, back and hips in a protective and safe way. The HIIT (Hi-Intensity Interval Training) can be practiced with or without impact.
- Warm Up – 3/5 minutes
- HIIT – 4- 10 minutes
- Abs, back and hips strengthening – 10 – 15 minutes
- Warm Down/Stretches – 3/5 minutes
- Relaxation and breathwork – 1 minute

What equipment do I need?
For most classes, you will not need any extra equipment. For some classes, small equipment such as dumbbells and resistance bands may be needed. I aim to make the workouts effective while requiring minimal space and equipment.
What happens if I miss a live class?
No worries! If you miss a live class, you will have access to the unedited recordings of the session. You can catch up at a time that works best for you.
Can I join the studio anytime?
Yes, you can join the studio at any time! Once you sign up, you’ll get immediate access to all available classes and recordings.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes! If you start with the pay-per-class option and later decide you want the monthly subscription, you can switch at any time. Just let me know, and I’ll make the change for you.
Do I need to be fit to join?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all levels, and modifications are always available. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, you’ll find a class that suits your fitness level.
